Try to avoid scheduling games on a training night.

What happens when a training session gets rained out?

Training will start on August 26th.

  1. Fields – practice space and schedules
Gregg can show how to use the sprinklers. One is broken and being fixed. Fields will be resanded and aerated before the season starts. Nets may have to be repaired.  There will be a field checklist for the coaches after their game. If you fail to clean up responsibly twice, you will face consequences.
  1. Existing Teams
Players added, soccer post done Please check that your players are ordering BOTH sets.

Existing teams, you have one year left in the older uniforms.

All red, black and white, and there is a black shirt. Black shirt is for the new players. New uniforms will have the Union logo. If you want an older team to have the Philadelphia Union logo, you have to take your jersey to soccerpost. They’ll be on the back.

  1. League Overview – general information
Gotsport – for times, etc. Please check your match card within 24 hours of your game to make sure your roster and time are correct. CHECK ON SATURDAYS! You cannot print your match card more than 48 hours ahead, Friday at the earliest. Please look at it during the week. Red card – red line through player. Blue line -reported head injury. Medical clearance must be given – talk to Bill and parent – and Bill must reach out to the president of MOSA so you must make sure this is done by Friday or you run the risk of not having your blue line removed.
  1. Uniforms/

practice jerseys

Will be ordered after all uniforms are ordered.  Only new teams from last year will not get new practice jerseys this year. Brand new teams or those who have had them for two years will get practice jerseys. They will be the same colors. Every coach is getting a new shirt.
NJYS When you register, you must register as a volunteer – and your assistant coach must register.  This is done yearly – concussion protocol, safe sport are also due. Background check. Must be fingerprinted every 3 years. You will not be able to be added to a team without this being done. Questions – travel@htrsa.com
