Hamilton Soccer Club Sets a Record

Hamilton, NJ

The Hamilton Soccer Club (HSC) recently broke a record for the most finalist in the MOSA Curci Cup from a single soccer club.  The previous record, three teams, was one that HSC was already a co-owner of having sent three teams in the Fall 2024 season to the finals (Inferno, Renegades, Warriors).  The Spring 2024 season saw that record crumble as HSC sent SIX (Infernos, Cobras, Renegades, Warriors, Predators, Banshees) teams to the finals taking home two championships (Cobras, Renegades).

“Hamilton Soccer Club is very proud of sending six of our eleven teams to the MOSA Cup Final this weekend and taking home two cups,” said Bill Conway, the club’s League Representative. “When our President, Brian Addis, started our travel division three years ago with recreational players from HTRSA, the goal was to provide a competitive option at an affordable price. Our current travel commissioner, Nelson Hernandez, had the idea to expand into tournaments and really encouraged all HSC teams to enter the MOSA Cup. We, as a club, are so impressed with the format, organization and great competition the MOSA Cup tournament provides, and we plan to enter all our eligible teams each season.”

HSC has a motto, “Player First”.  This motto is dedicated to player development over team accomplishments.  HSC firmly believes that you develop players to be ready for the next level.  This dedication to player improvement leads to positive outcomes for the players and the teams that they participate on.

“Sending six out of eleven teams to the championship game is an amazing accomplishment.  In addition to those six teams, we had three more that made it to the semi-finals (Dragons, Cyclones, Strikers)”, add Brian Addis HTRSA President.

HSC has enjoyed a successful Spring so far and there are sure to be additional trophies as the season winds down.
